The Novosibirsk Bolsheviks celebrated the 148th anniversary of the birth of V.I. Lenin
April 22 in Novosibirsk on Lenin Square at the monument to V.I. Lenin, communists from the AUCPB together with the Russian Communist Workers' Party (RKRP) organized a picket dedicated to the 148th anniversary of Vladimir Ilyich Lenin (Ulyanov).
We placed a photo with Lenin and Stalin together with flowers at the monument to Lenin, and then unfurled a banner in front of Lenin's monument with the words of V.I. Lenin's "Universal faith in the revolution is already the beginning of the revolution," with portraits of our leaders V.I. Lenin and J.V. Stalin, and red flags.
Note that the mayor of Novosibirsk, the first secretary of the Novosibirsk Regional Committee of the Communist Party, a member of the Central Committee of the KPRF, Lokot banned a picket from taking place on April 22 in front of the monument to V.I. Lenin. Lokot advised us to "go behind the monument" due to the fact that in front of the monument, the holdinf of the picket allegedly "entails a disruption in the functioning of transport and social infrastructure facilities." Earlier on April 17, Lokot also banned a picket in defense of the S.M. Kirov Museum House under the same far-fetched pretext.
Earlier, the mayor of Novosibirsk did not object to the holding of similar events in front of the monument to V.I. Lenin.
Despite this illegal ban, we, the Novosibirsk Bolsheviks, held a picket in front of the monument to V.I. To Lenin.
After the picket, police officers made a report on the administrative offense against the organizer of the picket Alexei Denisyuk under Part 2 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, for the fact that "organized and held a public event in the form of a picket not coordinated with the Novosibirsk Mayor's Office, using visual agitation in the form of a banner with the words "April 22 marks 148 years since the birth of Vladimir Lenin. Universal belief in the revolution is already the beginning of the revolution", flags with the symbols of the "AUCPB with standards of V.I. Lenin and J.V. Stalin, a sickle and a hammer with the five-pointed star", etc.
The wording of the protocol speaks eloquently about the essence of the current bourgeois power, which is headed by the mayor of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Mr. Lokot.
Police officers during the picket particularly insistently demanded not to deploy a banner with a quote from Lenin.
The Central District Court on April 23 fined the organizer of the picket 5 thousand rubles for Lenin's quote about the revolution.
Note that on April 22, an hour earlier at 12.00, on Lenin Sqaure at the monument to V.I. Lenin, a picket was organized by the Communist Party of the Russian Federation (KPRF), using flags with the symbols of the KPRF on them, but our same flags with AUCPB on them were banned. In connection with this, Alexis Denisyuk wrote to the police department No. 1 "Centralny" a statement on bringing the mayor of Lokot to responsibility under the same article of the Administrative Code for organizing and holding an uncoordinated picket in front of the monument to Lenin.
The mayor Lokot decided to clean Lenin's square of public actions under obvious pretexts (unlawfully) but at the same time, in violation of his own prohibition, conducts events in the same place banned by him, without bothering at the same time giving notice of a public event.
